Warehouse Administrator
Menzies Distribution are looking for 2 Warehouse Administrators to join our team in Normanton (WF6 2AE), providing a first class service and support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of customer / suppliers stock and data input, and also ensures that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.

Maintain a safe working environment which complies with all aspects of the company’s H&S policyEnsure all environmental control measures are in place and effectiveEnsure the application of the business ‘key standards’ are maintainedLiaise with and support effective working relationships with internal and external customersMaintain, review and develop working practices in line with operational proceduresUpkeep of WMSAccurate input onto ClawsAccurate control and process of Customer OrdersEffective documentation control of picking list, goods in and goods out receiptsEffectively communicate across the business through the production of reports, KPI informationLiaise with management administration and other departments of warehouse personnelAccurate recordingEffectively manage the load boardCoordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessaryAssist in managing stock takes daily / weekly/ monthly reportingAdherence to customer stock control proceduresWastage controlling and reportingHACCP awarenessBRC AwarenessPrepare effective reporting documents for ManagementPerpetual inventory reportingControl of warehouse administration ensuring all customer process are adhered toPallet Control reporting Key Experience:
