Alexander Steele are working in partnership with an established ambient food manufacturing business in West Yorkshire which is looking to recruit a Warehouse and Logistics Manager.
Roles + Responsibilities
Management of warehousing and logistics operations, ensuring the logistics team adhere to all H&S and SOP standards. Manage inbound deliveries of materials and packaging. Manage outbound deliveries ensuring 100% compliance to customer requirements. Manage the logistics team across all shifts. Responsible for training and development of the team. Manage own time to accommodate objectives. Liaise with the Shift Manager to pro-actively manage the line services function across all shifts. Manage stock checks as required. Identify and execute projects for process improvement and cost optimisation. Own the management of onsite logistics equipment fleet provided by external service providers.
On offer A salary of £45,000 - £50,000, slight flex for the right candidate. Mon - Fri, 40 hours p/w.
