Livingston, EH54 8AS DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse First Line Manager to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance. To supervise, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, always maintaining standards of excellence. Ensuring compliance to Standard Operating Procedures in a Retail warehouse, whilst ensuring that customer KPI's and SLA's are met. Contribute to continuous site improvement agenda. WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
