Overseeing a team of up to 100 agency warehouse operatives
Working alongside First line managers and the senior to ensure compliance and ensuring a great result for our customer
Ensuring accuracy of receipt of goods in and dispatch of outbound deliveries in full
Management colleague performance, absence and conduct
Responsible for the health and safety of colleagues on site
Maintaining and improving KPI's of colleagues
Warehouse administration and use of Warehouse Management system

Warehouse or Logistics background – desirable
Previous experience supervising a team – desirable
Basic Microsoft Office literacy – essential
Experience using a Warehouse Management System – desirable
