An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative to join the team at our clients Great Yarmouth site before transferring over to Norwich, working Monday Friday 7:00am 3:00pm / 8:00am 4:00pm rotating (37 hours).
Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Operative is responsible for operating a Forklift Truck to move, locate, relocate, stack and count product both inside and outside of our warehouse including loading and unloading lorries, trailers and containers. The Warehouse Operative is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and general warehouse maintenance.
In addition, you will be responsible for basic administration duties in relation to vehicle loading/unloading and stock control to include scanning and completing paperwork by hand.
You must be flexible to cover holidays and overtime, have a positive attitude, be reliable and have the ability to work on your own initiative.
An in-date Counterbalance Licence is essential.
