Are you a Warehouse Manager looking for an opportunity to progress and grow your career? Do you want security in a role that can offer you full time hours?
We are currently recruiting a permanent Afternoon Shift Warehouse Manager to join us at our site in Trentham Lakes, Stoke on Trent working Monday to Friday 1.50pm - 10pm. You’ll gain experience of working in a busy site, handling operations and managing a team of Warehouse Colleagues.
We’re looking to offer a competitive salary with 33 days of annual leave each year! We also offer a health plan via Westfield Health which includes a variety of high street discounts, a generous workplace pension, life cover, on-site parking, and a fabulous level of staff discount.
What you’ll do on a typical shift:
Deliver clear operational direction, leadership and development to your team of colleagues. Organise your team to efficiently and safely perform all daily tasks, ensuring safety is at the highest importance. Set and monitor KPIs and performance levels, ensuring that we’re always meeting or exceeding our targets. Carry out team briefings and general staff communication. Work closely alongside the operations team to eradicate stock discrepancies and errors.
What you need to succeed with us:
Previous experience in managing a team in a warehouse environment Excellent working knowledge of the warehousing process and operational H&S Excellent communication skills
