Position Summary My client is seeking an experienced and organised Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of six employees, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimising warehouse processes using our Navision warehouse management system. This role is ideal for a leader with a hands-on approach who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Team Management:

Lead, train, and supervise a team of six warehouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Inventory Control:

Maintain accurate inventory levels, monitor stock movements, and ensure proper documentation within the Navision system. Process Optimisation:

Analyse current warehouse processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Health & Safety Compliance:

Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards within the warehouse. Order Fulfilment:

Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Collaboration:

Work closely with customer services, demand planning, and other departments to align warehouse operations with company objectives. Qualifications Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role. Proficiency in using Navision or similar warehouse management systems. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a small team. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with health and safety regulations and compliance standards. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
