• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all warehouse activities and processes.
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to improve productivity and streamline operations.
• Collaborate with sales, purchasing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
• Monitor warehouse performance metrics such as order accuracy, stock levels, and processing times, and prepare performance reports.
