The Warehouse Manager will support the leadership team and have full accountability for the operation. While relevant experience is a prerequisite, so is culture fit. The leadership team have built a highly reputable business which is valued by a varied customer base.
The ideal candidate will have management experience within an e-Fulfilment operation and have sound knowledge of goods in, outbound orders, and returns.

Please note, this role is based on site 5 days per week.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Manager:
Management of a team of operatives, supporting with the day-to-day running of the site. Help to up-skill and cross-train the team of operatives and supervisors to maximise productivity. Ensuring all orders are picked, packed, and dispatched in line with customers' SLAs - this will be a hands-on role and you will be expected to help with orders. Count and inspect orders and management of stock control. Report discrepancies and any issues to the senior management team. Ensuring Health & Safety guidelines are followed through, keeping the workplace tidy and clean. Optimise warehouse storage space by assigning locations to fast-moving/slow-moving stock.
The ideal candidate:
D2C experience within a warehouse setting. High attention to detail as orders will be packaged differently for different clients. Be commercially minded and able to work well in a pressurised environment. Ability to drive performance through effective engaging management style. Some knowledge of HR is highly desirable. Driving license (desirable).
