Warehouse Manager

Warehouse Manager Location: Milton Keynes Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00, and every other Saturday. Flexibility available for the right candidate. About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Warehouse Manager to join a fast-growing and extremely busy company. This is a hands-on leadership role, requiring someone who can effectively manage a team while being actively involved in day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities of a Warehouse Manager: Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in stock control, loading, and unloading. Lead and motivate a team to meet daily operational targets. Ensure the warehouse runs smoothly and efficiently in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Handle stock management, inventory control, and order processing. Operate Reach and Counterbalance forklifts as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Requirements of a Warehouse Manager: Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role in a busy, fast-paced warehouse environment. Valid Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Licences. Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
