Oversee our warehouse team, managing the processes and delegating tasks accordingly. Ensure all orders are dispatched as quickly as possible while collections are ready for customers before arrival. Stock control to ensure we are sufficiently stocked at present and forecasting for future. This involves placing stock orders with suppliers and using forecasting features within our systems. Ensure stock levels are correct at all times with regular stock takes and investigating any discrepancies. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency. When required, assist with day-to-day operations - Taking in deliveries, pick/packing, operating trade counter. Qualifications:
Proven experience in warehouse management, with a solid understanding of supply chain processes. Familiarity with Orderwise software and/or other warehouse management systems. Strong supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team effectively. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Knowledge of transportation management systems and their integration with warehouse operations. Benefits:
