Manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfilment. Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Monitor and manage warehouse staff, providing training and support to ensure a high level of performance. Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products. Collaborate with other internal teams to ensure overall synergy. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and implement best practices for a safe working environment. Utilize warehouse management systems and technology to optimize operations. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse processes and reduce costs. What will you ideally bring to the role?

Proven experience in Warehouse Management and a passion for logistics & operations. The ability to bring your team along on a journey of change. Hands-on experience with change management in a similar role. Strong leadership and ability to work autonomously. Strong knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Proficient in using warehouse management systems and related technology. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
