Key Responsibilities:

The hub of Amalga’s airport operations is run from our warehouse based on the perimeter of Heathrow Airport. The role is responsible for driving performance, efficiencies, and safety by collaborating with the business departments and stakeholders. As the Warehouse Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations, utilizing previous experience and technology to streamline our warehouse processes and drive innovation and teamwork. This role will be reporting to the Operations Director. Accountable for the daily management and supervision of the full warehouse operation. Develop processes and teams. Lead new initiatives, technology rollouts, and innovation. Responsible for safety and compliance. Coordination and project lead for space planning, reconfiguration, and future moves. Maintain a clean facility with all plant and equipment being fully maintained. Raising additional work and storage invoices to clients. Streamline operations and minimize waste. Reporting of key metrics and auditing of inventory. Develop and maintain goods in/out bookings and procedures. Carrying out vehicle checks and supporting the Office Manager and Transport Manager with maintaining the fleet. What we can offer you:
