Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse. The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for managing the daily activities within the warehouse, ensuring the safe storage, handling, and distribution of inventory, and overseeing a small team of warehouse staff. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in warehouse management or logistics.

Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations Management : Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Develop and implement efficient warehouse workflows and processes to meet operational goals. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Team Leadership & Supervision : Manage, train, and develop warehouse staff, ensuring high levels of performance, safety, and professionalism. Allocate tasks to team members, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the warehouse. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to staff. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment. Inventory Management : Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement teams to ensure stock levels meet demand. Work with the purchasing and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Utilize warehouse management software (WMS) to track inventory, manage orders, and optimize space. Logistics Coordination : Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery. Optimize warehouse layout and storage practices to maximize space and efficiency. Oversee the proper handling, packaging, and labeling of products for shipment. Safety & Compliance : Ensure all warehouse operations comply with company policies, safety standards, and government regulations. Conduct regular safety inspections and training to prevent accidents and injuries. Ensure the proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and machinery (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks). Reporting & Documentation : Maintain accurate records of inventory movements, shipments, and returns. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management regarding warehouse performance, inventory status, and any issues that arise. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications & Skills Education : High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (preferred). Experience : Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics, including supervisory experience. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software. Proven ability to manage a team and implement operational improvements. Skills : Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and warehouse management software. Ability to lift and move heavy items and work in physically demanding environments. Certifications

(Preferred but not required): Forklift certification or other relevant warehouse equipment certifications. OSHA training or other safety certifications.
