Warehouse Manager required for a packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. The successful candidate will be managing and overseeing a small team across 2 warehouses and helping to introduce new methods for distribution.
Warehouse Manager - Packaging - Job Overview
Ensure all areas of warehousing operate in a safe way and comply with the appropriate Health & Safety legislation. Provide a safe, well-maintained environment for our team and any contractors or visitors. Maintain close cooperation with the Customer Service, Operations, and Procurement teams. Oversee the running of two warehouses: Raw Materials and Finished Goods. Develop the efficiencies of both warehouses through the use of our MIS and continuous improvement. Lead and motivate a small warehousing team. Salary:
Dependent on experience but likely circa £30k-£34k. Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, with hours flexing according to demand (normally 0800 - 1700).
