Due to our continued growth, we are looking to hire an experienced Warehouse Manager to manage and develop our processes and people. This role offers real career progression in the fast-growing market of ecommerce, working for the No.1 independent order fulfilment business in the UK. We are currently listed as the fastest growing business in the North East and have grown year on year for the last 5 years. You will be working alongside major blue chips such as DPD and Amazon.
Primary Function of Role
To oversee and manage all warehouse processes, service metrics, activity and people. Specifically goods in, returns, order fulfilment, stock, locations, stock accuracy and stock management, dispatch and team management.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Line people management responsibility
Highly organised, data driven
Review and implement robust warehouse processes
Oversee all aspects of Health and Safety within the warehouse
Stock management (specifically experience of large stock takes and audits)
Order processing/dispatch management
Warehouse goods in management
Warehouse stock replenishment and pick optimisation
Ensure deliveries are offloaded efficiently and safely
Pallet usage data and pallet stock level management
Ensure carriers have collected daily, carrier planning
Identify people training requirements and process changes/improvements
Creation and maintenance of pick locations
Ensure, manage and monitor required staffing levels
