Are you an experienced Warehouse Manager with expertise in purchasing, procurement, and order management?

The role focuses on managing the warehouse operations, including procurement, inventory control, and the efficient dispatch of materials to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, including purchasing, stock control, and order processing. Procure equipment and materials in a cost-effective and timely manner, ensuring availability to meet project schedules. Maintain accurate inventory records and implement systems to track stock levels, ensuring efficient warehouse organization. Coordinate and dispatch orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery to clients or installation teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate the best pricing and ensure quality standards. Develop and improve procurement processes to streamline operations and reduce costs. Work closely with other departments to forecast material needs and avoid delays in project timelines. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards within the warehouse environment. Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation, including purchase orders, delivery notes, and stock reports.

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse management and procurement, with a strong focus on organization, efficiency, and cost control. They should thrive in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse management, purchasing, or procurement roles. Strong understanding of inventory management systems and stock control processes. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong negotiation and supplier management skills. Proficiency in using warehouse and procurement software. Strong leadership and communication skills to manage warehouse teams and liaise with other departments. Knowledge of health and safety standards for warehouse operations.
