Nelson Recruitment Services are recruiting for a Warehouse Goods In Manager to work with our client in the Tamworth area. As a Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of the warehouse, including goods and the team. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, setting targets, appraising and managing staff performance, coaching, and supporting all team members. Manage and motivate the team while organizing and planning workloads to achieve deadlines. Organize the warehouse and stock. Provide input on new ideas around processes, roles, and responsibilities. Carry out disciplinary actions and investigations. Handle absences. Forklift license preferred but not essential. Warehouse Manager will bring: Must be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Health and Safety in the workplace. Strong written communication skills. Leadership skills, able to organize and delegate work and motivate the team. Ability to work on own initiative and within a large team. Experience of Goods In. KPI management.
