The company offers high-quality equipment designed to optimize workflows and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing stock across two sites, reporting to the Production Manager, and creating a structured and efficient warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the performance of warehouse staff, ensuring optimal efficiency. Manage inbound goods, stock control, and outbound shipments, ensuring all activities align with company processes and KPIs. Plan and execute inventory checks in accordance with internal and customer requirements. Prepare for and support the introduction of a new Warehouse Management System. Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and reduce costs. Promote and enforce rigorous health and safety standards throughout the warehouse. Conduct regular H&S audits and ensure compliance with all company policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery to customers. Key Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Proficiency with WMS and ERP systems; experience with system implementation is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities. Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements in a warehouse setting. Ability to lead and motivate a team, creating a culture of trust and efficiency. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workloads. INDL
