Warehouse Manager We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to oversee the operations of a large cold store and dry goods store. This role involves managing a dynamic team, including several warehouse staff and drivers, ensuring efficient inventory control, and maintaining stock management processes to optimise operations. Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Supervise, lead, and develop a team of warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment. Schedule shifts, manage workloads, and ensure adherence to safety and operational standards. Operational Management: Oversee day-to-day operations in both the cold store and dry goods store. Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of goods. Manage the receipt and storage of incoming inventory in accordance with organisational guidelines. Inventory Control and Stock Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are aligned with business needs. Conduct regular stock checks, reconciliations, and audits to prevent discrepancies. Implement systems to track and manage inventory turnover, ensuring freshness for cold store items. Compliance and Safety: Enforce health and safety regulations, especially concerning cold storage and food safety protocols. Ensure compliance with all warehouse and logistics-related legal and regulatory requirements. Performance Monitoring: Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for warehouse operations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Vehicle and Logistics Oversight: Manage the van driver's schedule to ensure efficient delivery and transportation operations. Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure seamless supply chain operations. Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably with exposure to cold storage and dry goods environments. Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in a fast-paced setting. Proficient in inventory control systems and stock management processes. Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. Familiarity with health and safety regulations, particularly in cold storage settings. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in warehouse management or logistics is advantageous. Experience in working with inventory management software or ERP systems. Compensation:
