We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. You will be responsible for managing inventory, optimizing workflows, and leading a team to ensure efficient and safe operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee all warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods. Manage and train warehouse staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy. Implement and improve warehouse processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate with other departments to meet operational demands. Manage reporting, KPIs, and other performance metrics. Conduct meetings with direct reports & other departments. QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED:

A level or equivalent Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or equivalent Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with warehouse software and inventory management systems. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. HOURS OF WORK:

Monday-Thursday: 08.00am-4.30pm & Fridays 8am-4pm WHAT WE OFFER:
