We’re recruiting for a Warehouse Manager to join a manufacturing company based in Worthing. Ideally, you will have your own vehicle due to the location. As a Warehouse Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Meeting strict operational and customer requirements Managing storage and dispatch of goods in line with business demands Coaching, managing and developing warehouse teams Managing shift rotas Maintaining warehouse principles, policies and processes Requirements: Previous experience working as a Warehouse Manager Strong knowledge of Health and Safety regulations Experience in creating and reviewing risk assessments Excellent communication skills both written and verbally High level of attention to detail Benefits: Bonus scheme 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with each year of service) Free on-site parking Employee discount BUPA private healthcare & cash plan This is a full-time permanent position working Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm on an annual salary between £35,000 up to £40,000 (dependent on experience).
