Uphold the highest standards of workplace safety, investigating incidents thoroughly and implementing improvements. Collaboration with the People Team
Work closely with the People Team to manage timesheets, absences, recruitment, and contract offers, ensuring efficient workflow management. Maintenance Oversight
Supervise on-shift engineers to ensure maintenance tasks are completed effectively, supporting smooth operations. Employee Engagement
Champion employee engagement by actively addressing team concerns and encouraging a culture of respect and collaboration. Candidate Requirements: To succeed in this role, you'll need significant experience leading large teams in a fast-paced warehouse or retail environment. Proficient in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). Analytical Skills:
Strong focus on meeting KPIs and delivering measurable results. Health & Safety Knowledge:
Understanding of H&S procedures (IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH preferred). Education:
