M4 Specialist is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Sidcup, Kent. As a key member of our warehouse operations team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting the beverages that millions of people enjoy worldwide. Key Responsibilities:
Operate Forklifts Safely: Move, stack, and organize pallets of products with care.
Load & Unload Trucks: Precision and attention to safety protocols.
Maintain Cleanliness & Order: Ensure a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse.
Routine Forklift Maintenance: Keep equipment in top condition.
Follow Safety Protocols: Help prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
Inventory Management: Assist with stock rotation and stock control.
Collaborate with Team: Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
What We're Looking For:
Previous Forklift Experience in a warehouse or distribution centre.
Forklift Certification (AITT, RTITB, NPORS, ITSSAR, or Lantra).
Physically Fit to handle a fast-paced, demanding role.
Safety-Minded with a strong focus on detail.
Great Communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
