Role Summary:We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join the team and support the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the warehouse. This is the perfect role for someone that has warehouse experience and likes to make a role their own. You will have the autonomy to prioritise your own workload and really make the warehouse processes your own. Benefits: 20 days annual leave + bank holidaysMatched pension contributions up to 5%Free parkingChristmas works doKey responsibilities within your new role would be to:Unload incoming deliveries using a forklift.Storing goods away in their correct location.Booking stock in and out. Picking orders from delivery notes. Pack and label orders ready for distribution. Liaise with couriers, when required. Liaise with customers, when required.Use of computers to generate purchase order numbers. Data entry and stock control management. Supporting the office team with any queries. Experience and skills required for this position:Previous experience within a warehouse environment is a must.You will need to be able to work on your own initiative.You must be able to prioritise your own workload.You must be computer literate.You will have high attention to detail.You will have strong organisational skills.Ideally you will hold a forklift licence, not essential. Ideally you will have used SAP, not essential.
