Here at GXO, we’re recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Thatcham, working in partnership with a prestigious, high-performance running footwear and apparel brand.
You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, predominately Monday to Friday, however flexibility is required as you will be required to work one Sunday every 4 weeks.
We are currently recruiting for the following shifts:
- FixedAM shift, working 06:00 to 14:30
- Fixed Days shift, working 10:00 to 18:30
- Fixed PM shift, working 14:00 to 22:30

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll receive:
- An hourly rate of £11.44
- 10% salary increase from mid-November until end of December

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Picking orders using a hand-held scanner and packing items for delivery, ensuring items are packaged and labelled correctly
- Assisting with the unloading of vehicles and the checking of the stock for damages or missing items
- Perform inventory controls and keep high quality standards for audits
- Ensure efficient operations by adhering to operational procedures, rile and schedules
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous Warehouse experience beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Flexibility in your approach – we do have peak seasons!
