The drive to deliver championship-winning performances is what excites and strengthens our team; our dedicated Operations Team is at the core of everything we do – working closely to support all aspects of the business and deliver results on the world stage.

We love what we do, and passion drives our success.

THE ROLE We’re looking to appoint a number of Warehouse Operatives to support our busy Stores Department. Responsible for the deployment of packaged products, the Warehouse Operative will ensure the smooth running of operations – guaranteeing that packages are processed correctly and filled with the right contents.

Responsibilities

Picking and packaging bespoke parts and products for in-house departments as well as customer orders.

Packaging products with the correct equipment and methods.

Quality checking goods for faults or issues before leaving the Stores Department.

Resolving any shipping delays with the chosen courier.

Working closely with our Import/Export Coordinator for shipping orders and producing the correct documentation.

Maintaining and replenishing stock levels with regular stocktakes.

Working closely with Technicians and Department Heads to ensure the timely delivery of parts.

Maintaining high housekeeping standards by ensuring the work area is kept clean and tidy.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

You should be well-organised with a keen eye for detail; and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.

You should have good communication and teamworking skills, and work effectively whilst following direction as well as under your own initiative.

You should have strong computer skills with knowledge and understanding of computerised stock control systems.

A basic knowledge of vehicles and their technical parts is preferable but not essential, and experience in a similar stock-related environment would be an advantage.

WHAT WE OFFER Situated on the edge of the English Lake District National Park, M-Sport UK is unique in offering the fast-paced, adrenaline-fuelled action expected from a career in International Motorsport mere minutes from the tranquillity of the Lakeland fells and all they have to offer in terms of recreation and wellbeing.

We also offer a range of employee benefits including: a flexible working day, discounted gym membership, discount reward scheme, cycle to work scheme, company contributed pension, life assurance and company healthcare plan as well as a dedicated Work Culture Team with regular meetings, competitions, and activities.
