You will be working in the heart of a fantastic non-profit company. Your main purpose as a

Warehouse Operative

will be to pick, pack, load, and unload items which are mainly clothing but can include other items. Key Responsibilities:

Working to a timeline. Attention to detail. Physically fit. Good English, both written and oral. Understanding health and safety procedures and working in a safe manner to ensure your own safety and the safety of others. Ability to perform other duties as required within the department or warehouse. Requirements:

Must be hands-on and proactive with a positive "can do attitude". Must be customer focused. Must have a disciplined approach to work including the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining focus and great attention to detail. Actively promoting and engaging with new ways of working and warehouse processes. Must be self-aware, resilient, optimistic, and open to change. Must have a keen eye for Health & Safety, reporting all relevant incidents and potential issues. Must have excellent written and oral English communication skills. Must have excellent timekeeping. Shift/Hours:

Mon - Fri 08:00am - 16:00pm Rate:

£12.05 per hour Temp to Perm positions are available for suitable candidates. This is a great opportunity to join a company with lots of added benefits.
