The Warehouse Shift Lead will oversee all areas of a busy warehouse operation within manufacturing whilst proactively leading and developing the team and maintaining high standards of health & safety and quality.

Description
Oversee warehouse operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Supervise a team of warehouse staff, promoting a positive work environment.
Implement and maintain safety procedures in compliance with company guidelines.
Coordinate with other departments to optimise operational efficiency.
Manage stock control and reconcile with data storage system.
Prepare reports on warehouse performance and improvements.
Participate in warehouse equipment and software upgrades.
Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the warehouse.
Profile
Proven experience in warehouse management in the FMCG industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team - this is critical for this role
Proficiency in warehouse management systems and databases.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
A commitment to maintaining high safety standards
