Warehouse Shift Manager

to join our team in

Harlow . You’ll be responsible for the efficient running of the warehouse operations, placing the highest regard on colleague wellbeing, health and safety whilst, meeting the operational KPI’s. This is a full-time, permanent position working

Monday to Friday and shift pattern is 1:30pm to 10pm. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to

£37,500

per annum,and 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day: Maintain a fully stocked inventory, ensure all shifts are suitably covered and track any daily absences within your team. Identify cost-saving initiatives and implement corrective actions where appropriate to maximise the efficiency of the warehouse operation Demonstrate and promote a customer-focused approach to all warehouse activity. Responsible for monitoring and reporting on target expectations and achievements through standard reporting processes What you need to succeed at GXO: Experience leading a team of warehouse colleagues within a large, fast paced warehouse environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong IT skills, including warehouse systems and Microsoft Office Previous experience focussing on continuous improvement We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
