Warehouse Team Leader

Salary: up to £29,000
The Goods In Supervisor / Warehouse Team Leader / Warehouse Receiving Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the goods-in team, manage daily tasks, and ensure full contract coverage. You'll organise staff and resources to efficiently meet customer requirements in a cost-effective manner.

Responsibilities:
Oversee the goods-in operations, coordinating tasks to meet operational demands Drive productivity and efficiency within the team Ensure cost-effective processes are maintained Manage staffing levels and resource allocation Support operational changes while minimising disruption to production and services Coordinate activities to deliver the required service levels to customers Maintain and enhance performance in line with site KPIs Attend briefings and ensure effective communication within the team Report any issues or information to the line manager, such as transport, delivery schedules, or warehouse accuracy Proactively develop team members through regular meetings and coaching
Requirements: Experience as a Goods in Supervisor, Warehouse Team Leader, Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Receiving Coordinator, Warehouse Receiving Supervisor or similar would be ideal. Background in goods-in processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to assist the Warehouse Manager with performance management, development, and coaching of team members. Commutable to East Grinstead.
