The Bread Factory is a Food Manufacturing bakery that makes deliciously crafted bread, cakes, and pastries. We are proud to craft products for our GAIL’s bakeries, neighbourhood grocery stores, restaurants, and more!
As our teams grow, we are looking for our next Warehouse Team Leader.
Every day is different at The Bread Factory, but here are some of the things you will be doing:
Loading and unloading materials from a variety of vehicles.
Ensuring all stock is in the correct place and is correctly stored within the respective locations.
Supporting stock checks and maintaining stock accuracy.
Ensuring all stock is handled correctly to minimize the risk of damage.
Examining and reporting on products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Keeping the warehouse, working areas, and grounds clean and tidy at all times.
Performing daily equipment checks such as recharging the trucks and ensuring equipment works.
Following Company health and Safety guidelines.

Holding a Full UK Driving License and a Forklift License - Counter Balance and Reach Truck.
Comfortable working in cold environments.
Able to operate and control equipment effectively.
Proficient in IT skills.
Contracted hours:
48 hours – Full Time Working Hours:
6am - 6pm Shift Pattern:
4 on 4 off Location:
Milton Keynes We guarantee a minimum of 48 hours over two weeks. If you work less than the minimum for operational reasons, we will top up your pay to this amount. This is a shift role and you will be informed of your rota. Weekends and bank holidays are considered normal working days. What’s in it for you?
