Location: Wotton, Surrey (own transport required due to rural location) The Warehouse Team Leader will assist with the assembling and packaging of our consumables prior to shipment world-wide, ensuring that their team operates efficiently, safely, and in alignment with organizational goals. What you will be doing Performing a variety of coordinating, routing, and material handling duties to meet production schedules. Picks and delivers materials within and outside the company. Maintains records on material flow. Monitors flow of materials and parts between departments. Expedites parts to remedy shortage problems. Assists in the clean room assembling consumables. Carries out other such tasks as required from time to time. Assists in maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Becomes the central point of cover in the absence of the Supervisor. Is a member of the Health & Safety Committee. What you'll bring Experience within a Warehouse environment. Strong team leader skills: Motivates and guides team. Ability to communicate clearly with their team, as well as with management and other departments. Proven experience working within the warehouse safety protocols. Attention to detail.
