As a Warehouse Team Leader based in Marston Gate, you’ll be responsible for: Managing the day to day operations with around 15 people per shift. Responsible for holiday, sickness, reviews, investigations, etc. Maintaining health and safety standards. You will be working Monday to Friday, 2pm - 10pm, with a 30-minute paid lunch! And here’s what we’d like you to have: Ideally leadership and supervisory experience where you have managed people. A team player. MHE and/or counterbalance experience is preferred but not essential.
