We are looking for a Warehouse Operative/Driver to work alongside our Finishing and Despatch department, providing flexible support as required.
Main duties will include (but are not limited to):
Safely transport, deliver, collect and unload goods at our customers' premises, suppliers and internally, reporting any defects or damages immediately to the Finishing Manager.
Assist with the receiving and booking in of goods received to the department.
Carry out stock checks when required.
Assist with order packing, shrink wrapping and order collation/loading of customers’ orders.
Maintain housekeeping of the main work production floor, keeping working spaces clean and tidy of rubbish at all times.
Responsible for the general upkeep of the company vehicle, reporting any incidents, accidents, breakages, and maintenance requirements to the Despatch Manager.
Qualifications required:
Full Clean UK Driving license
Fork Lift Truck License
Skills Required:
A high level of self-motivation
Excellent timekeeping skills
Ability to communicate at all levels
Organisation and planning, able to work with deadlines
Experience required:
Previous experience in a similar role
Experience of demanding fast turnaround work
Experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams
Litho and digital print industry experience (preferred)
