WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR
to support all related activities based at our clients Exeter dealership. Key activities will include: Processing warranty claims for both dealerships within the required timeframes and ensuring proper documentation. Verify all criteria required by the manufacturer. Reconcile all payments and posting of credits onto the warranty DMS software. Resubmit rejected claims promptly and follow up on payment of outstanding claims. Arrange for parts to be returned to the manufacturer or to be correctly disposed of. Maintain all records as required by the manufacturer to ensure successful audit outcomes. Whilst specific experience as a Warranty Administrator is not essential, you will need main dealer Aftersales experience and to be familiar with the Kerridge dealer management system. This is a Monday to Friday role, and the business can offer some flexibility as to how your hours are covered. You’ll be working for a successful, privately-owned dealer group representing a quality brand.
