Warranty Administrator – Mercedes-Benz (Derby, Leicester, Loughborough, Nottingham) Hybrid - Full-Time, 45 hours, 3 days dealership based per week, often based at Leicester. £26,862 - £28,050 plus OTB & Excellent Employee Benefits Provide first class support to our business Working with one of the World’s leading brands you will be accountable for efficiently and accurately administering manufacturer warranty systems. The main purpose is to ensure OEM guidelines and processes are followed to ensure warranty claims are on time and to avoid unnecessary fines. community volunteering day What you’ll do day to day Responsible for administrating a holistic process for warranty claims Collaborate closely with the Warranty Manager to mitigate audit risk and support the audit process Work effectively as part of the Warranty team Maintain a curious nature with a responsibility to keep up to date with warranty policies Ensure safe working processes and compliance with H&S legislation at all times Helpful skills and qualifications Don’t worry about ticking off every single skill here
