Warranty and Aftercare Manager (Automotive) CRP Group is recruiting a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warranty and Service Operations Manager to oversee warranty claims processing, chargeable repairs, customer relations, and data analysis within our automotive service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maximizing after-sales revenue, and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. Warranty Claim Processing Review, approve, or deny warranty claims in accordance with company policies and product specifications. Ensure all claims are processed within designated timelines and maintain accurate records of warranty transactions. Coordinate with service and repair teams to expedite warranty-related repairs or replacements, ensuring cost-effective resolutions and customer satisfaction. Chargeable Repairs/Service Operations Oversee the efficient management of service operations, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control. Ensure timely and high-quality repairs and maintenance services are completed. Manage spare parts inventory to guarantee availability and smooth operations. Maximize the activity and margin from chargeable repairs while minimizing warranty costs to improve aftersales revenue. Customer Relations and Support Work closely with the sales team to communicate with customers regarding warranty claims, updates, and inquiries related to warranty coverage. Act as the liaison between the company and customers to resolve any warranty issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Provide training and ongoing support to customer service teams on warranty-related inquiries and claims handling. Data Analysis and Reporting Track and analyze warranty claims data to identify trends, opportunities for product quality improvement, or process enhancements. Generate periodic reports on warranty claim status, cost analysis, and propose recommendations for cost reduction. Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement strategies for improving efficiency and reducing warranty costs.
