Salary Range: Nil/Trainee: 25,000 1-3 Years in Service Advisor Role: 27,000 1-3 Years in Claims Advisor/Warranty Role: 30,000 3+ Years in Service Advisor Role/Claims Processor (Commercial): 32,000+ Bonus Plan: Based on achieving budgeted warranty hours sold per branch: 2,000 (split every 6 months) 1,000 for self-development and proactive training on HGV systems (payable end of year 1) Key Responsibilities: Process and manage manufacturer warranty claims efficiently and accurately. Handle and process repair and maintenance (R&M) claims, ensuring all documentation and submissions meet company standards. Use multiple software platforms to track and manage claims, with a focus on precision and timeliness. Collaborate closely with the service team, repair technicians, and parts department to ensure proper claims processing. Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty terms, procedures, and requirements. Liaise with customers, manufacturers, and suppliers as needed to resolve warranty or repair issues. Provide administrative support with warranty claims, invoices, and record-keeping. Required Skills & Experience: In-depth understanding of vehicle warranties and experience processing manufacturer warranty claims. Solid background in vehicle repair and maintenance processes, ideally in the automotive industry. Strong experience in processing repair and maintenance (R&M) claims. Proven automotive industry experience is a must; HGV experience is preferred, but transferable skills from car and light commercial vehicles (LCV) are also acceptable. Attention to detail and strong administrative skills are critical. Previous warranty and invoicing processing experience is highly advantageous, particularly in the automotive sector. Comfortable working with multiple software platforms and managing administrative tasks efficiently. Additional Requirements: Willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems on a daily basis. Ability to work both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative when needed. A passion for working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Company Culture:
