Warranty Claims Administrator - Warrington

Basic Salary: £26,000 Monday to Friday role - 35 Hours per week Leading Automotive Business & Warranty Provider Excellent Company Benefits: enhanced Holiday, Discounts, Healthcare, Maternity/Paternity pay, Pension etc. Our Client is looking for a warranty claims specialist to join their growing team in the Warrington area. You will be dealing with claims and general telephone enquiries received from customers, dealerships, and end users, providing a consistently superior customer experience at all times by meeting or exceeding our customer's expectations.

Responsibilities of a Warranty Claims Administrator within this business:

• To ensure all telephone claims are processed proactively and efficiently within the limits of authority and in line with company policy. • To ensure claimants are informed of the status of the claim - where a claim is rejected or adjusted. A full explanation of the reasons must be recorded on the claim file. • Where requested, to process claims payments within the limits of authority and in line with company policy and the terms and conditions of the product. • To deliver a consistently superior customer experience, ensuring that we have met all the customer's needs, answered all their questions, and that the customer fully understands our decisions. • To conform to all company policies in force at all times e.g., the security of corporate information, electronic mail policy, computer usage policy.

Requirements of the Successful Warranty Claims Administrator / Specialist:

• Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills • General IT / PC Skills and experience of using Microsoft Office applications • Some Motor Trade or Motor Vehicle knowledge or experience • Efficient time management, to organise work to meet specific objectives • An eye for detail • Good Teamwork If you are interested in this role, please get in touch with Matt Cross at Perfect Placement today.
