We're looking for a highly experienced and motivated professional who meets the following criteria: Experience:
Proven track record at a senior or director level. Warranty company experience is highly desirable. Solid background in aftersales management with a focus on cost control. Knowledge:
Strong understanding of technical and mechanical operations. Comprehensive knowledge of the Consumer Rights Act and legal frameworks. Skills:
Excellent leadership and negotiation abilities. Analytical mindset with a focus on driving savings and efficiencies. Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, repair networks, and warranty companies. What We Offer
Competitive basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000. Generous performance-based bonus scheme. Company car as part of the package.
