Operations Director Line Management responsibility for:
All yard personnel Role Description: The position reports functionally to the Operations Director. Tasks for the role include: Managing the operations of the waste water plant and all personnel. Ensuring personnel adhere to HCL policies on timekeeping, sickness reporting, and any other relevant procedures. Effective and efficient utilization of all personnel and equipment. Ensuring all equipment is clean and in working order at all times. Undertaking light maintenance of machinery and reporting defects to the Operations Director in a timely manner. Ensuring personnel and visitors are compliant with HSE requirements. Providing and maintaining full written weekly reports as required under current legislation. Responsible for the tidiness of the site at all times. Liaising with HR on any disciplinary, performance, or recruitment issues. Willing to sit for the WAMITAB professional qualification.
