This vacancy is initially for 6 months, with the potential to be made permanent. Applications are invited from existing suitably experienced and qualified Crew Managers and Watch Managers. Eligible applicants will need to meet the following criteria as a minimum: Level 1 ICS Have good leadership skills Not subject to formal performance improvement actions, nor have any live disciplinary sanctions Discussed the opportunity with your Line Manager Live or work within a 5-minute response to the Station Whilst it is desirable, it is not essential to have attended a Leading Others Assessment Centre. Essential Responsibilities

You will need to detail how you meet the following essential requirements of the role: Experience at promoting a successful health, safety and wellbeing culture Provide feedback to teams and individuals on their work Competent and respected level 1 incident commander Develop your own skills to improve your performance Find out more and apply
