What will you be accountable for?
Support the Water Efficiency Manager on the delivery of water efficiency activities for both household and non-household customers.
Work and collaborate across the business to implement water efficiency messaging through internal communications and system changes in line with the business delivery programme.
Have an understanding of the non-household market and work with the Wholesale Service Desk and other sectors of the business to contribute to the reduction in business demand in line with market codes.
Promote water savings through our educational programme, by visiting schools and working with key stakeholders to identify schools that would be interested and understanding their level of engagement.
To have an understanding of the current and changing governance and regulatory requirements associated with water efficiency and are considered when delivering activities.
What do you bring to the role?
Agile multi-tasker, skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience with behaviour changes programs.
Strategic thinker, able to think outside of the box and deliver in line with company strategies.
Natural, confident communicator across all levels.
Ability to analyse data sets and produce meaningful insight.
Experience within the water industry or water efficiency knowledge would be advantageous.
