to lead one of our major water frameworks. This pivotal role involves shaping and driving our water-related projects, ensuring excellence in delivery, and fostering strong client relationships. As a Framework Director, you will play a critical role in advancing our industry and creating lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership : Develop and execute strategies for water-related frameworks, aligning with GHD's vision and business goals. Client Engagement : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and tailoring solutions accordingly. Project Oversight : Oversee major water frameworks, ensuring successful project delivery, quality, and adherence to timelines. Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers. Business Development : Identify growth opportunities, lead bids and proposals, and contribute to business expansion. Industry Influence : Represent GHD at industry events, conferences, and forums, advocating for sustainable water solutions. Qualifications and Experience: Proven Track Record : Extensive experience working on major water frameworks within the UK. Leadership Skills : Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, driving successful project outcomes. Client-Focused : Strong client management skills, with a passion for exceeding expectations. Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies aligned with business objectives. Industry Knowledge : In-depth understanding of water sector trends, challenges, and innovations. Collaborative Approach : A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment. Target Cost Working : Demonstrated experience in managing projects within target cost frameworks, optimizing resources while maintaining quality and efficiency.
