We are recruiting for a Water Hygiene Engineer in the North West area for a privately-owned Water Hygiene outfit. The role would suit a candidate who would like to join a rapidly-growing and supportive outfit, with great further training opportunities. We can accept applications from candidates of varying experience, but ideally, you will have strong hands-on experience and a keenness to grow. Experience / Qualifications:
Will have worked for a Water / Legionella outfit as a Water Hygiene Engineer Hands-on experience undertaking: Water Sampling, Temperature Monitoring, Showerhead Descales, and Tank Inspections Have a good understanding of ACOP L8 & HSG guidelines Able to write service reports and update site logbooks Good timekeeping skills
The Role: Undertaking a wide variety of ACOP L8 duties across a mix of Industrial, Local Authority, and Commercial sites Completing routine water sampling & temperature monitoring Showerhead descales Basic flushing on little used outlets Inspections and cleans of cold water storage tanks Servicing of TMVs Great opportunities for further training and development Being flexible to travel as per company needs Acting in a professional manner whilst on site
