Water Hygiene Engineer – Croydon
Salary: £26,000 – £33,000 + Benefits
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Water Hygiene Engineer to join our well-established company based in Croydon. We are looking for a dedicated professional who is ready to enhance their career within the water hygiene industry.
Requirements: – At least 2 years of experience in water hygiene or a related field. – NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification. – Comprehensive knowledge of ACOP L8 and water hygiene standards. – Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. – Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. – Willingness to travel as required.
Key Responsibilities: – Perform water hygiene monitoring, including temperature checks and sampling. – Execute cleaning and disinfection of water systems, such as tanks and cooling towers. – Install and maintain TMVs (Thermostatic Mixing Valves). – Conduct system flushing and disinfection. – Keep meticulous records and produce detailed reports.
