Water Hygiene Supervisor / Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Monitoring and Testing: Conduct routine monitoring and testing of water systems for temperature and microbial content. Cleaning and Disinfection: Perform cleaning and disinfection of water systems, including tanks and hot and cold-water systems. TMV servicing. Remedial Works: Carry out remedial works as required to ensure water systems are compliant with industry standards and regulations. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and produce detailed reports on all work carried out. Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with current health and safety regulations and company standards. Client Liaison: Communicate effectively with clients, providing advice and recommendations on maintaining water hygiene. Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with industry best practices and regulations. Qualifications: Legionella Awareness Training: Certification in water hygiene and Legionella risk management (L8). Additional Certifications: City and Guilds or similar water industry certifications (desirable). Working Conditions: Full-time, field-based role with regular travel to client sites across Midlands - South region. Must be able to stay away from home for extended periods when required. May involve occasional out-of-hours or weekend work to meet client needs or respond to emergencies. Salary & Benefits: Salary based on experience. Company vehicle and tools provided for site visits.
