Job Title: Water Hygiene Plumber Department: Operations Reports to: Plumbing Supervisor / Operations Manager Job Purpose:

The Water Hygiene Plumber will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and servicing domestic water systems & water treatment, including water softeners, filters, pumps, and chemical dosing systems. The role involves ensuring that water systems comply with health and safety standards, including preventing the risk of Legionella, while providing excellent customer service to clients in both commercial and residential environments. The role will involve travel to various client sites across the UK. Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Maintenance Legionella Control & Compliance Testing & Monitoring Client Interaction & Service Documentation & Reporting Health & Safety Continuous Improvement & Training Essential Skills & Experience:

Plumbing Expertise: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating or equivalent qualifications. Legionella Awareness: Knowledge of water hygiene and Legionella control procedures and regulations. Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with various plumbing systems, pipework installations, and water treatment technologies. Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring minimal downtime for clients. Customer Service: Strong communication skills and experience in delivering high levels of client service. Desirable:

WRAS (Water Regulations Advisory Scheme) Certification or similar. CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card. Previous experience working with chemical dosing and filtration systems. Knowledge of BSI standards for water treatment and Legionella control (L8). Qualifications:

NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent. WRAS Certification or similar plumbing certifications (desirable). Legionella Awareness Training (desirable). Working Conditions:

Full-time, field-based role, with travel to various client sites across the UK. Occasional out-of-hours or weekend work may be required to meet client needs or respond to emergency situations. Salary & Benefits:
