We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Water Treatment Manager for a longstanding firm within the industry. Candidates must have a robust technical background, and will have undertaken pre-commissioning flushes and cleaning duties as well as experience with LTHW and CHW systems. You will have an approachable and proactive manner in order to successfully oversee teams of site staff as well as successfully support clients. This role would also suit those who have extensive hands-on experience as well as leading teams, who would be seeking an opportunity to move into a managerial position. They can offer excellent salaries and benefits for successful applicants.

Experience / Qualifications: A proven track record of working within the industry as a Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning Manager, or within a leadership position at an industry-relevant outfit Excellent industry technical knowledge, including ACOP L8, HSG 274 and BSRIA guidelines Ideally will have a longstanding history working hands-on as a Water Treatment / Pre-Commissioning Engineer Will be able to manage teams of site staff and operational staff to successfully deliver projects Strong written and IT proficiency Organised and punctual manner Great interpersonal skills in order to communicate efficiently with colleagues and clients

The Role: Overseeing the daily running of projects within the Water Treatment department, ensuring KPIs are met Acting as the first port of call for engineers as well as Clients, in order to troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support Identifying areas for improvement within the workforce, such as training opportunities or compliance issues Writing detailed and bespoke technical reports for Clients and completing necessary site paperwork for projects Maintaining strong working relationships throughout teams of site staff Ensuring works are completed to a high standard, and an excellent level of customer service is delivered Onboarding new members of the team, such as: interviewing, training and providing ongoing support Overseeing work allocation and schedules for a team of site staff Attending sites to meet with clients and carry out quality checks to works
